The building of a lifestyle brand.

Aimco, one of the largest owners of apartment homes in the country, had a vision to lead and sustainably build an apartment community that would live up to Boulder’s standards and ideals. They set out to build a community around parks instead of parking lots, and to strive for LEED certification at every turn. They needed an identity to reflect the experience and emotion associated with such an iconic community.

“The mark is based on the native flora found in the landscape design on the property. The color scheme strikes a balance between feeling calm with a touch of energy. This is a place you can come home to and unwind after the day’s outdoor or professional activities.”
